So I bought this truck with an alarm and stereo installed already. Of course everything was fine until yesterday. Went for a drive on some canyon and later on in the day I noticed my blinkers didn’t turn on when I unlocked my truck. Usually they flash twice and tail lights as well. Replaced fuses in passenger compartment and engine bay still nothing. Now when I turn on my headlights I hear an annoying buzzing sound coming from the dash. Anyone know what could have happened ? I made sure I replaced the correct fuses

    Ouch!

If you aren't planning on using the alarm, I think CarToys will remove the entire system for $80. I had a GM 1500 that had an aftermarket alarm that kept it from starting intermittently (usually at the worst freakin times) and I called them about removing it. I ended finding the problem like you did but sold the truck shortly after.
