I want to put a 3 inch lift and bigger tires on my truck but I'm going to be parking in a tower on campus and concerned the truck will be too tall. Has anyone done a 3 inch lift or more and still fit into a parking structure?

I have a 3" and I fit in the parking garage at my son's college, at the airport parking garage and there is one downtown that I have parked in, maybe a few more. All of them have a sign at the entrance - just check out what the garage limits are and add 4 or 5 inches to the current height of your truck and see how you compare. 99% sure 3" will be fine for just about any public parking garage.

    FYI,
Here are some streetview screenshots of the garages at my son's university. The lowest is 7'-0". I think my truck sits at about 6'-8" with the 3" lift. It's close and looks very scary driving under the beams, but there are several inches to spare.

There is this one downtown that I just remembered about - I turned around when I still had my Tacoma because I did not feel good about it - Tundra will definitely not make it, but I think this is an exception; it is an old structure; most newer ones are at least 7'-0"
