So I had a noise that sounded like a paint can being shaken that sounded like it was coming from my front end! I took it to Toyota and they said my parking brake hardware was broke! Also it was seized up! They got it unseized and said to fix it with all brand new hardware it would cost 1800$.i told them I would live with it for awhile lol! Anyone else been through this ordeal or found a cheaper route?? Thank u

You posted in the wrong forum. This is the best gen Tundra, 2000-2006.

FYI… I take my parking bell cranks apart every few years and grease them if I haven’t exercised them enough and they start to freeze. Just a day of my time and some sandpaper and grease.
