2022 Tundra 1794 Metallic Grey

Hi all,
Weekend work ended up with some scratches on the tailgate and a fender (both metal and plastic areas). Qs:
1. OEM touch up paint the way to go?
2. Do I need to get clear coat touch up (I think I saw that)?
3. Some of the scratches have a bit of turned up edges. How should I prep those edges?

Here's a pretty comprehensive video on how to do it with the factory touch up paint. For something as bad as in the video I'd probably leave it to the pro's as NickBrewer advises.
