I'm going to paint as much chassis as I can as long as I have bed off. What do you guys recommend for paint? I'm brushing on. I've used por 15 in past so right now that is my thought.. But is their something better?

Do a good job with prep, covering things you DON'T intend to paint, especially if you have any eye towards reselling in the future. Nothing looks shadier than a crappy, oversprayed paint job on a frame that's notorious for rusting prematurely. Take pics of frame beforehand so people can see what you painted over.

Chassis Saver is another good alternative. Personally I like the semi-gloss black POR-15 because it matches the frame’s color exactly.
