I've gotten P2441 codes twice in last month or so, the code states:

Secondary air injection (AIR) switching valve, bank 1 – valve stuck closed

the code seems to cause fluctuating idle when sitting still in P, N or D, I haven't had the time to take a deep look at it but want to see if anyone has similar issue? truck is going to dealership for bunch of works next week so they will look into it as well.

The truck drives fine otherwise, I couldn't find any other thread in 3rd gen with P2441 mentioned, only on 2nd gen sub-forum.

So fellas, it seems this was caused by the S&B intake, we are trying with stock intake for now to see how it'll behave, slightly disappointed as I liked the intake.

Did the intake have any type of oil on the filter? Sometimes these aftermarket filters have some type of oil which Toyota MAFs dont like and usually makes them go bad.... I'd suggest rinsing the cone with soap and water and retry. The CAI on my Celica ruined 1 MAF and a friend told me to rinse it and wash it thoroughly inside and out before reinstalling the filter.. haven't had an issue since, been running 2 AEM dry filters since them
