howdy all, new here. see lots of great info. however after hrs of reading I'm lost. takes a lot form to admit this. Ok, the P1343 is high cam sensor. I did replace it 3 yrs ago, for the last 2 yrs I've been chasing this ghost. Engine,4.7, 242k on it has a misfire. We also have the CEL on, VSC and 4lo flashing syndrome. I would like to resolve this once and for all without dealer interaction as they have been no help. Today I changed out a bad bank 2 upstream O2, it was dead in water. then I'm getting the misfire fuel cutout cyl 1. As many know changing the plugs is not fun. At this point I'm about to change the cam sensor again with a factory one, change plugs and possibly do all of the coil packs. wondering what everyone else thinks of this plan. thanks in advance, Oh, BTW, the truck runs great but has horrible fuel mileage. like 12-13 mpg.
