Hello everyone. I'm working on fixing up a truck I bought with several issues and a bit of miles (bought with misfire and a broken valve spring but replaced all springs and a bunch of other stuff while there). Truck ran fine sunday morning, drove like 40 miles no codes, got it smogged so I can finalize transfer/registration. Sunday afternoon hooked up aftermarket back up camera to reverse bulb wire to power the system (same as I did with my Accord, no issues) tested it multiple times throughout the process then buttoned it up. First drive with camera of a mile and a half, get P0986 control circuit shift solenoid E high and P0705 transmission range PRNDL input along with flashing 4HI and vehicle stability flashing. Look at forums and what not to see if there's a trend. Completely disconnect reverse camera, removed trailer connector (round seven is broke anyways), check back up fuse-okay, brake and reverse lights work. I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes, reconnect and both codes come back within 100 yards. These codes coming on can't be a coincidence right after install of camera with 40 good miles before (several key cycles too).

Anyone else experience something like thing? Help is appreciated!
