    Good evening,

I have a 2016 Tundra that isnt doing well. I have replaced both air injection pumps (OEM-Replacement ) and the check valves under the intake plenum (OEM-Replacement) Im still getting continuous error messages especially if i do not put the truck in 4WD and turn the traction control off before I drive off. P0037, P0057, P0102, P1613, P1614, Are the continuous problem. The truck has 92000+- on the OD and I keep blowing the same 10amp EFI fuse. Pictures to follow and I live in Rio Rancho NM off a dirt road if that has any relevant weight to the subject. Any advise would be appreciated thank you

Have you load tested your battery? A failing battery wreaks havoc on these trucks

You should definitely get the battery load tested or you may be overlooking the cheapest and easiest fix

This is just guessing but maybe check wires to MAF sensor on the air filter tube. Make sure none seem loose or rubbed through or pinched in odd way. Same for any other wires in the area where work was done. It's possible something got pulled/pinched while doing the other work. If a wire became exposed and is grounding out against metal or other wires, that could explain blown fuses.

I think ive narrowed it down to the O2 sensors. I just replaced the MAF with an OEM sensor and i still threw the codes again. I going to order all 4 sensors and reset the codes and then after that if that doesnt work its going to the dealer

We're you able to check voltage and ground continuity on O2's? Although you would have a few different codes. Stinks throwing parts at it.

After all is said and done. I have replaced the MAF sensor, both pumps the check valve under the intake plentum and all 4 O2 sensors. Along with redoing the brakes.
The conclusion the o2 sensors were throwing the codes along with the secondary air pump potentially being overworked causing the EFI2 10amp fuse to blow because O2 sensors heater element was burning out. I took the MAF sensor back as it was a $94 part and the original tested fine.

For those who are having a problem like this start with the downstream 02 sensors first but realistically since you are doing those do all of them then clear the codes then add a new fuse, then let idle 15 min then take the truck out and drive it like you stole it a few times. If the light comes on again then replace the secondary air injection pumps. If still check MAF. The check valves in my opinion were kind of unnecessary but i also live in NM. It might be a bigger issue if you live in a northern state or a wet state like WA,OR,WI etc.

    TOTAL BREAKDOWN OF THE COST:
    4 denso O2 sensors: Rockauto $376
4 sets of Raybestos pads Rockauto $125
Secondary air injection pumps Lexus of Albuquerque $912
Box of 10 amp fuses $17 autozone
Check valve $417 Lexus of Albuquerque
    MAF $94 Lexus of Albuquerque
$460 for labor for all of it including resurfacing the rotors.
