Wrapped up the NWOverland Rally with a trip home off the highway with friends. Almost 60miles of trail between Wenatchee and Ellensburg, WA. Known here as the WA Backcountry Discovery Route, or BDR. Gave the OME BP51s a workout!

Any closures on the BDR? I missed the rally but have been wanting to do the BDR, I'm always worried that the information on the road closures is out dated or not updated with new issues. I am just North of you in Snohomish if you decide to run the BDR again or any other trails.
Good pics of the mountains BTW, got any of the rally from this weekend?

Very nice! I used to spend a lot of time in the hills around Ellensburg. I miss living over there.

There was a washout section that's been cleared up at the midway point between Wenatchee and Eburg, though it's narrow and has some off camber elements to it. Agreed, it's not easy to get reliable trail reports without a lot of digging. I think this stretch is probably the most rugged and beautiful.

Awesome pictures! I have a 19 TRD pro that I am wanting to start overlanding with. How well would it hold up on the WA BDR? Have you been on many trails/forest service roads that are too tight for the tundra? I have an 05 Tacoma as well that I could use, but I didn't want to invest too much into it for overlanding as it is the 2.7 litre access cab.
