I am looking for a recommendation for a good quality outdoor cover for a 2002 Tundra.

    Thank you,

    Ken

Waterproof or just dust/sunlight-proof? I have come across many of the latter, but none of the former.

    Imma keep it stock
The problem with waterproof, AKA a tarp, is it will capture moisture on the inside. This is a no no. I had a nice cover over my mustang, but even then, dust from the wind found itself underneath it so the car still had to be washed regularly. All it did was protect against UV. In the end, I felt it was a waste of money to have it.

I bought 2 from here https://www.carcovers.com/ for my Tacoma and Tundra. I bought their "Platinum" version. Fits nice and keeps the car dry when it rains.

I also tried this company https://sealskincovers.com/ for my Corvette. Both are good covers.

The covers have clips or holes to strap a bungee cord to them to keep the dust out and to keep the cover from flying off from the wind.
