Holy shit - Wine tasting Willamette Valley started yesterday at 11am, then went into Brad Paisley directly after that. Didn’t get home until 5am from a friends house afterwards
Thankfully today was Father’s Day so I slept in until 1pm

We had Pit tickets - was under Brad all night, my wife held his hand LOL.
    Good times!

The top of my head pic didn’t come out LMAO but you get the idea of how close he was :)

He started the show with a tribute to MIL folks, and had some beers on stage for them. Pretty kickass guy!

He sure seems like a good dude!

I met him in the whisky aisle a few years back and chatted with him for a bit.
I’m sure I posted this before lol.

Hope a bear eats my wife lol, tomorrow river rafting trip wife and daughter horse back riding me and the boy will set up our raft for Wednesday fishing trip. Locals are nice enough to give us locations to go and fish. One thing we learned is that if you fish in the Glacier National Park you don’t need a license. But you can’t use lead or power bait or any live bait. Out side of park you can use anything as long as you buy a license. 2 day out of state $25 10 day $50 not too bad. Maybe we will hunt out here also heard good things from people back home.

If only Oregon would get rid of pump attendants. I love road trips out of state because I get to pump my own

I am sure it cuts the amount of drive offs down, but so does using cc or pay before you pump. Honestly dont know why they still have them. Isnt there only like three states that still have them? New Jersey and another state I believe.

Going to the sun road is closed and won’t open until we leave, supposed to be a big deal, sketchy drive up and down. Will open just after we leave and will close down permanently so if you guys get the chance it will be something that you can say you did before it closes.

I don’t know either. I know Oregon changed the law for small towns in rural towns to pump your own. Whatever the reason for it is I am sure it’s pretty dumb

Quinn’s hot spring resort. They have a bar:cheers: restaurant and a hot springs pool. Which was nice after a long drive. I was too tried for much more than a couple of drinks and food. This morning though first thing after my coffee went to the pool to relax my cramped up legs worked good. Then back to truck to finish the drive out here. About 200 a nite. 2 beds and tv bath room in the room.

It’s only NJ and OR now.
Oregon doesn’t trust the residents with such a toxic and flammable liquid.

I pass up cheaper gas every day in Portland, so I can pump my own in WA.
    LOL
I like to believe I have patience, but not when it comes to driving. :D

Same here. Although I dont go into Oregon as much as I used too anymore. Oregon is a few miles from here, and not worth driving to go get gas. What you save you spend getting there to get it.

So, I'm a new Tundra owner, my first "real" truck. It's just bone stock at this point (probably for a while, although I've already found about $2,500 worth of stuff to do to it :D), and drives really nice.

I miss the long-distance mileage of its predecessor, but it's a truck, it's not supposed to get good mileage.

That being said, it's got almost 1K miles on it in a little over a week of use, so it's nicely fulfilling its role.
