I just hung up with David @Coachbuilder1 I have to say, hands down, one of my best customer experiences I've ever had. Had a great conversation with him about my truck, the lift, my expectations for it, and install process. I ordered 3 shims, 2 D and 1P and a set of #2 shackles.

I got the 5100 set at Boss 4X4 for a great price. Spoke with their rep on the phone about the Diff Drop, said it wasn't necessary at middle setting. I will however do the carrier bearing drop.

    Great experiences from both organizations.

    I highly recommend both!!

    - Bull Bar - LED Bunny Burners - AMP retractable running boards - Headlight leveling retrofit - P3 Brake Controller - 60% rear seat delete - relocation of Sub to rear wall - Bilstein 5100 x4, top setting with 2 shims per side - Coach builder +2 rear shackles w/carrier bearing drop - Firestone Air bags - on-board compressor with auto-leveling - Dual Undercover Swing Boxes. - P285/65/R20 (34.6") BFG TA KO2's - TRD Front skid plate - Pop & Lock Tailgate lock - Remote Tailgate mod - LED Headlights - Nav Bypass - iPhone integration - Serius/XM retrofit - 25% front tint - Bizon electric tonneau cover - Power folding tow mirror upgrade - 2010+ leveling Headlight mod - Auto-fold mirror mod. - one-touch lane changer mod - Flash to open garage opener mod - Rigid H/L fog light upgrade - Pushbutton / Remote start mod.
That's exactly my setup except I put 2 shims on both sides and have the shocks on the top setting. You're going to love how it rides. I did have to put in a carrier bearing drop to get rid of a drive-shaft vibration, so watch out for that.

    Did you mean #2 shackles? Coachbuilder doesn’t have a shackle that gives a 2” lift. The #1 is 0.75”, #2 is 1.25” and #3 is 1.75”.

All is correct except the +1 is exactly half of the +2. So +1 is .625.

That is correct the #2 shackles. I’ve edited for clarification.

5100s up front on middle setting
This might be a long shot for this thread, but... on my 19 - If i do the #2 coachbuilder shackles in the back, 5100s (top setting) in the front with a shim to fix that dang lean, I should have about 1"ish of rake. Right? Will that effect my TSS? Also, do the stock front coil springs accommodate the 5100s on the top setting?
    Anything helps. Thanks.

Middle setting will level. So top plus #2 shackle will give more height with rake. TSS should be fine. On my 2018 from front center hub the fender was 26 inches. Rear center hub to fender was 26.75 everything was fine. My current pro I have 1 inch CB shim in front plus #3 shackles in back and everything’s fine
