Only 4 options on scroll menu on 12.3 inch digital display

I have a 2024 4x4 Platinum Hybrid. On my scroll menu on the 12.3 inch digital display, there are only 4 options instead of 6. The music note and the navigation are simply not there. This has been the case since I purchased the truck in October 2024. Toyota dealership has no idea how to fix it. Anyone else have this problem? Advice?

 

Toyota has had issues with the Digital Combination Meter since it was introduced. At this point, it may be an issue with the BMC or Combination Meter. The head unit also plays a role in what information is displayed on the Combination Meter. There is very specific troubleshooting for the dealership to do. Ask them to start a TAS case.

 

I'm not sure about the Nav menu but the Music menu can be enabled/disabled from the settings menu.
