one dim headlight bulb

Hey all,

So I installed some Auxito LED bulbs in my 2016 halogen headlights about 3 years ago. Recently the passenger side is quite a bit dimmer than the driver side. The hi beam is the same though. Guessing it's just time for new bulbs? Wanted to ask here before replacing since it's such a pain to get to the headlight bulb on our trucks. Thanks

 

My advice would be to get the 2018+ OEM LED headlights with an @iHacker harness if you can afford it.
I haven'r pulled the headlights since, although I did replace the halogen turn/DRL and parking lights with LEDs.

Other advice is, surely you are removing the headlight and not going in from the fender well like the manual states.
It only takes 10 minutes to pop the grille and headlights out..

Ditto on the post above. Factory LED swap is amazing for the cost...well worth the coin.

 

Thanks but I have no money for a whole headlight upgrade over a bulb upgrade.

 

Swap bulb to good side.. if dimming follows, then it’s the bulb. If doesn’t, wiring..
