Older tundra parts

Just got the truck. I have been doing some small mods. LED’s, seat covers, and tinted windows. I will be putting in a head unit and back up camera right away as well as prepping the box and doing a liner. I have tons of questions on that.
I have bought 34 inch KO3’s as that’s the biggest the shop would sell me, but that’s ok for now.
As I am doing this, and trying to remove and/or stay ahead of the rust, I am discovering little things that I need to replace but can’t seem to find.
One is the little red reflector at the bottom of the rear doors. Mike was siliconed in place and when I went to pop it out to see, I realized I need to replace. This is a chore.
I would also like to find out if I can put vanity light in my passenger side
