How much strength does it take to get this tube out?

Not much. There are metal tabs that need to be pulled up. The middle ones.

I just went through this a few days ago when I dropped my filter and the pickup tube fell out.

the pick up tube I´m writing about is in the oil pan, I dropped the pan removed the only bolt holding the the tube, got it to wiggle but can´t get it to come loose.
the part # is 1510405010 you´ll see it is only held in place by O rings
