Hi everyone, today I noticed the oil leak underneath the front end of my 1st gen (2003) and I was wondering if any of you can let me know what it might be from the pictures?

Do your exhaust manifold shields have oil on them?

I think so. That’s why I feel burned oil smell. This is another picture.

If you smell burnt oil and it's on your exhaust manifold shields then your valve cover gaskets are leaking. Easy fix. You can snug em down, clean, then check for leaks. They're not hard to replace either.

Definitely check your valve covers and see if its leaking down, but that is a substantial amount of oil to drip down that far. In my opinion it looks like your steering rack is shitting the bed.

Have you been checking the power steering fluid? It does look like you may have a leak on your valve cover but I think there is something else going on as well. Your power steering lines and transmission lines are right there and have joints going from hardline to rubber line. But I suspect the rack.
