So I watched this video of a guy taking the Limited TRD Off-Road off roading and I was so distracted by his constant complaining of the proximity sensors going off when he was in tall grass. He clearly wasn’t familiar with the Tundra (as he didn’t even know how to get into 4Lo) but it got me wondering, is there just one button to turn these beeps off when off-roading? Is it this one, with the car/cone?

I have a 2020, but that button looks like it might be the one in the 3rd Gen..

That button allows you to back up to a trailer without scaring the shit out of you.

It also allows me to pull within 3” of my garage back wall without the ‘auto’ brake engaging.

Sooooo, do you know of a way to turn off the beeping to avoid all the false alarms for grass and bushes?

You can turn off the PCS (Pre Collision System) from the Multi Info Display on the dash using the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. The manual states to do so when off roading.

JUST as I suspected! Thank you for that KClav. It would’ve been nice if the guy that did that review could’ve looked into before bashing it throughout his review.
