2021 MGM Tundra DC TRD Sport Premium

Does anyone know if you can mount a set of Billie Bars with a hard OEM trifold tonneau cover? My cover is the newer one with the drain system. Also, is there anyway to fix a leak at the hinges on one of these covers? Mine drips a bit but otherwise is in great shape.
