Anyone ever compare the OEM fog lights of a TRD Pro against the Rigid SAE fogs like the 504813? I ask because the lens on the factory TRD Pro fog lights looks tiny by comparison. I can’t help but think the Rigid SAE’s would throw more light. With the way the fog lights shake around on bumps, I’m considering changing them out for something else.

Rigid will be better than OEM fogs...so would Diode Dynamics and Baja Designs...

I run 2 sets of those Rigids on my truck. They put out a good bit of light.

Even better than the OEM rigid fogs?

My primary driver is to match the rest of my DD aux lights haha. The D series are great, so you can’t really go wrong either way.

You would be happy with the Rigid SAE's. I run 4 of them for my fogs.

I’m really considering replacing my stock fogs with them. The lens is tiny on the OEM fogs and they jiggle around like crazy. I’m thinking of doing the modification to mount a standard series D series Pro to the metal bumper support behind the fog

Hey Redline870, Baja Designs also makes an OEM fog light replacement. Check out the link below for that option in our SAE light.

I’ll probably stick with the Rigid’s just to maintain an OEM look, but I think you’ve convinced me on the light bar for the hood bulge in my other thread. I’ll reach out for a quote.
