OEM tow mirrors for a 2018 SR5 with safety sense??????

I think safety sense is the only thing you lose with the oem mirrors. I could be wrong. Smarter folks than I will chime in shortly I’m sure

 

The only thing the OEM trailer mirrors have are the LED lights, heat and remote control. Any other sensors are not present.

 

You’ll loose BSM, lane departure, and rcta. I think there is a more expensive one that keeps all of it out there for around $400 a mirror. Search google.

 

There is no safety sense in the mirror that I'm aware of. If you have blind spot monitors you'll have to add an LED to the sail panel and tap into the wiring.

 

Here is a thread about ones with bsm. Looks like they aren’t oem and are around $300.
