I have a 2019 crewmax with an oem tonneau cover and I want to use the bed rail system. Can that be done and if so how will the bed rail system mount?

Curious about this myself. Would love to find a rack system that works with the OEM Toyota tri-fold tonneau.

Same issue? I would like to install bed rails over my 2017 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition Crewmax that has the Toyota OEM Trifold Tonneau Cover that only has the 1st flaps / door fold. I would like to install ideally T slot bed rails along the sides and then have a set of Typical Recon Deck Bars with custom feet that when overlanding I have my gear weather protected by my closed cover with my swag, kayak and recovering gear over on the recon bars. It would have been awesome if rhino rack did the feet of the recon bars to fit on both side and top rails. Anyway what T slot deck rail can I install over my plastic edge bed trim to take a top fixing roof bars or rack, thx

    I found this at RealTruck.com
BAK-PARTS-226S0024 - BAKFlip Toyota Tundra Cargo Management Rail Relocation Brackets - $59.99
It’s kinda pricy. You could probably fabricate one if you wanted to. I’ll let ya’ll know how it works when I get it installed.

You'd likely have to remove/reinstall your tonneau with thinner weatherstripping and the Elevate T-Slot rails.

I have these racks on my '19 with a Bakflip MX4 and I'm super happy with the set-up.
