Hey gang, I just installed a set of aftermarket tow mirrors on my Tundra and (aside from the sub-par quality) noticed that the passenger side mirror projects out at a smaller angle than the driver's side mirror. I haven't thrown a protractor on it, but it looks like the driver's side projects outward at maybe a 65-70 deg angle, while the passenger side is more like a 45-50 deg angle. Standing in front of the truck and looking at each side, you can definitely see the difference in that the driver's side is further out.

These appear to be made this way, and they're a clone of the OEM mirrors so I was wondering if anyone could chime in on whether or not the factory mirrors are this way as well. Even if the factory mirrors are like this, I'm overall not happy with these mirrors. One of the threaded studs broke loose during the install so that side only has two nuts holding it on (no idea how I'm going to get it off because the nut was halfway on and now the stud just free spins with the nut), there's gaps in the fit between plastic parts, and they shake and vibrate at anything above 30mph.

I'm kinda mad at myself for going the cheap route here, I always preach about guns to only buy the highest quality parts yet here I am getting cheapos for my brand new truck.

Which aftermarket brand did you buy? Trailer Ridge? I'm considering tow mirrors for my 2020 and am torn between the Trailer Ridge that already have BSM and the OEM that do not.
