Odd trailer light problem

My 2022 seems to have an odd issue, the pin on the truck that powers the left running and trailer signal light has got constant 12v whether truck running or not.

trailer if plugged in will have left lights like brake is on full time.

plugged trailer into another truck everything works fine.

could there be a specific relay for the left trailer light?

truck lights work fine no issues.
