Odd noise from tundra

    My wife sent me a video after she got to work ( sorry about bad quality) she said it's a loud putter coming from engine bay. Gets louder when driving any ideas before I spent more than needed at mechanic?

    UPDATE!

    Apparently when we bought the truck there was a hole in exhaust between driver side upstream sensor and the flange. The previous owner used what looks to be jb weld exhaust tape and its leaking out of top end of tape wrap.
