Odd electrical issue

    2004 Toyota tundra
    Bone stock 90xxx auto 2wd,
    04 sequoia, had front damage from deer, purchased, replaced radiator hood fan ect.now for the issue, I start it, only after engine is running, then shit off, lights stay on windows roll up or down, heater will stay on, all after key is pulled and exited the vehicle, also can't shit off vcs .will kill the battery...now I get out pull off positive terminal for a second and install..it's fine minus the whole shit with the vcs..

    I would look for evidence of water intrusion in the fuse and relay areas.
