Having a strange problem on a 2014 with 140k miles and havent been able to find a solution anywhere. Occasionally it blows white smoke on start up and when hitting the gas. Its definitely oil and not coolant.

Changed pcv and it worked for a few days then started doing it again. Its also drinking oil. Went through two qt's in under 1000 miles. I disconnected the pcv hose from the intake manifold and it stopped happening but I dont see any oil being shot out either. I did notice some oil in the hose though.

Maybe the oil separator is clogged? Shop guy doesnt think its rings given the symptoms. Not sure whats up with this.
