OBDII Mode $06 Decoder?

Background:
- '03 Tundra 4.7
- CEL light has been on for a few months and I'm just getting around to tracking it down.
- Using OBDLink MX+ scan tool
- Reading codes PO430 (cat system below efficiency) and PO136 (O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2)
- Mode 06 is showing an error at Component ID 02, TID 01. This is a mfr defined component and test.

Questions:
1 - Does anyone have a link to a decoder for the Toyota definitions for Mode 06 components and tests? I have this decoder from clublexus but it doesn't seem to match up well with what the scan tool is displaying or I may be reading it wrong.
2 - Alternatively, does anyone have tips on reading the Mode 06 info and if it can be helpful here?

I'm hoping that the Mode 06 info can help me determine if this is a sensor issue or a cat issue. Also, there are some incomplete tests because I had the battery out for a week while replacing the timing belt. I believe I need to get a few more drives in for the scanner to complete these.
