Ordered all shocks for 2006 Tundra on 3-22-2019, said they were in stock. Waited 1 week ( 3-29-2019 ) no tracking info , called and was smugly told they were on back order. If I hadn't called guess I would still be waiting to at least hear of status. Today tried for 2 hours, no answer but a message that if you want immediate help , use online chat. I tried chat for 1 hour finally got response , after another 15 minutes was given a tracking # . Checked tracking # on FEDEX
, saw that expected delivery will be 4-09-2019. Been waiting on these to finish up . Usually not too impatient but thought I would have them by now . Asked about canceling order but gotta wait for them to get here. Asked if I would have to pay any fees if returned , was told no but their site plainly says restocking fee ( funny restocking fee when they don't have them in stock) and return shipment fee . Asked chat person about this said I would not have to pay, he would waive fee's , re confirmed he said they would wave fee's. I printed the chat and will send shocks back when I get them . Will buy locally ( yes I can get them today) even if higher cost, should have done that anyway.

Did you happen to check Shock Warehouse reviews???? Not good.....a lot of online stores that end with "Warehouse" usually means there is no warehouse.

Yeah, I should have checked their reviews but I didn't anyway went to auto zone ( not a big fan of them either ) but there was a pretty cool gyy guy working the counter. I asked if t they would price match because I read their statement "Advance Auto Parts Price Match Guarantee. Advance Auto Parts will match theprice of any identical or comparable product available the same day at any competitor's store or website. If we match an online competitor's price, it must include the shipping charges in the price of the product. he said it had to be local but he would do his best So I showed him this statement and he went with it . got them for same price , will be here at 4:30 .
