Someone please school me on lifting rear suspension by 1". I already have Bilstein 5100 in front (currently at middle setting for leveled ride) and i want to put the truck up by 1 more inch. So while i can lift front by about 1", what do I do with rear? Is it enough to put longer shackles keeping factory struts? Or do i need shackles AND 1" spacers for struts?

You can simply add a 1” block in the rear.

All right. But aside from shackle, do i need a spacer then?

No, the shackle does the lifting - you don’t need a spacer. You’ll want a carrier bearing drop depending on how much lift you go with to maintain your driveline geometry. The kit I linked comes with it.
