    My 2016 every now and then on colder mornings sounds terrible like the fans hitting or something then agyer awhile goes away. Anyone have this issue or know what's going on by chance .

    Mine does that but doesn’t sound bad, or hitting anything. Just the radiator fan on at start then turns off.

    Next start up, open the hood and watch it. Might shed some light on what’s going on.

    Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 suspension, HD RAS, 285/75-18 Nokian Outpost AT, LoPro bed cover, TRD rear sway bar, DD 10 inch exhaust, and various other goodies
    how many miles? If it is getting up there it could be the belt and tensioner. post up a vid if you can or explain the sound, tick, hum, rattle?
