There is a constant click noise coming from my front left (drivers) wheel area. It sounds like a rock stuck in the tread but I cleaned out the treads and it's still clicking. No matter if I go fast or slow. Any ideas? I'm hoping it's not the bearing..also there is a lot of brake dust on the rim today..help please lol

Check your tires for nail/screw. Also check to see if you ran over some gum/something sticky...might seem unlikely, but it happened to me not so long ago.

Jack up your driver side wheel and see if you can duplicate the noise by rotating the wheel. If you can, it's probably some interference issue in the brakes on that wheel, continue turning the wheel to locate the noise. If the noise isn't present with the wheel off the ground, then it's probably a foreign object in the tread that you've missed.

I've cleaned out the rocks but it's still there. Gonna jack it up and try that. Thank yall for the advice. How likely would it be that the bearing needs replacing?

There is very low probability it's a wheel bearing in my opinion. It is unlikely that bearing failures will be limited to a single point defect that provides a once per revolution signal. A singular defect in a roller bearing creates failure debris that quickly spreads damage to all rollers and races even as it becomes audible. That's why the noise from failing wheel bearing can typically be described as a "rumble".

Whenever I had that happen on any car it was one of two things- something in the tread like a rock or screw or....a loose wheel weight.
