NO TAIL LIGHTS AND BLINKERS NOT WORKING

    hEY FRIENDS I WAS CHANGEING MY CARGO LIGHTS TO LED AND NOW MY TAILLIGHTS AND BLINKERS WONT WORK. CHECKED FUSES AND SEEMED FINE. COULD CARGO LIGHTS HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT? THANKS FOR ANY INPUT

    did not disconnect battery first and got bulbs at autozone
