    2013 Tundra CM TSS 4X4 5.7FFV
2013 3UR-FBE CM 4x4 (no aftermarket alarm or remote start)
Battery and battery terminals good (Everstart AGM H8, battery test showed resting voltage of 13.12v, 913A and internal resistance of 2.65mΩ)
Stater relay and 30amp fuse good
Continuity on ground and power at relay good
Voltage on both relay legs good
    Present DTCs - P0300, P0116 P0117, P0420

A few days ago I noticed a delay of several seconds from turning the key to the starter actually engaging. Now I get nothing when I turn the key - no start, crank, or click. All other electrical functions normally.
So here's where it gets odd. As I said when I turn the key I get no sounds at all from the starter, just other functions like air pumps etc. But if I bypass/jump the starter relay I get a click from the starter solenoid.
It's certainly possible the starter is kaput, but the first issue of no click with key is vexing me, there must be more going on here. I thought for a second it might be immobilizer related but IIRC that only cuts fuel, not the starter motor. Are there any limp mode/safety systems that cut the starter function? Any thoughts are welcome, I'm totally baffled.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
Give us some resting voltage off that battery. Do the lights inside dim considerably when turning key to Start?

Seems like some of us are having this same issue. Minus the P0420.. today I got in a jam with the same issue, turn over no dice for about 10 minutes.... I was thinking it's an immobilizer issue since the last few starts I've left the key in the ignition and would start right up, but may be something else. I pulled the relay and flipped it and turned on 1st try... Now I have an aftermarket one, when I was throwing parts at a dead starter... but there may be a bigger problem.

Interesting. Yeah mine ended up being the starter of course. I think I'm running into this as a result of the problems I'm having with the flex fuel issue and extended cranking. Maybe.

Flex fuel will require a flash, there was a TSB referencing that issue.

Is this recent? Haven't heard there was a flash resolution

That's been out for a while, you'll probably need to pull it up at the NHTSA and print it out if you decide to take it in. Nothing like some black and white to back your claim.

I think that's just the good ol' alcohol fuel percentage reset. Just a terrible band-aid for a problem they refuse to own
