Kind what the title says, new starter, new starter relay, and turn the key and absolutely nothing.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but have you traced the circuit with a multimeter? Fuses okay? Battery load tested? Considering what you have replaced, I would probably have my eye on the ignition switch itself, just throwing a dart though.

    Obvious questions first.

    1) Why did you replace starter?

    2) Was old starter working properly prior?

    3) Have you checked your battery for freshness?

Transmission safety switch is where I would look next. Your truck may not be properly sensing its in Park when trying to start.

The key switch is engaging the relay and it starts 90% of the time. Intermediate electrical is the worst to find. The battery is reality new and won't start with a jump

I try starting it in neutral to bypass the park switch theory

Well, with a good friends help with the biggest tool in his toolbox, his code scanner. He cleared the codes and it started. He feels that the security wires tied to the door lock system was tripped thinking the killswitch signal was activated. Further investigation needed and disassembly of the drivers door.

So you maybe messed up some wires when replacing your starter and relay?

Nope, the ECM is getting a signal I did not even work with, yet, causing a kill signal on a very old version of a kind of security system. The work I did was fine and would have been the two parts my mechanic buddy would have done too. Newer cars and trucks have a worst and more complicated security/kill system
