Afternoon everyone, yesterday I jumped in the truck to head to work for something and could not get sound to work on my speakers. Plugged my phone in and no sound through iPhone source as well. Went through the book, nothing about this issue. The radio displays the station and the song just no sound. I will get sound when crossing state line since I work on Kentucky side and live on TN side through navigation. Has anyone had this issue before? I would like to see if maybe I missed something before going to dealer as we have been self isolating as much as possible. I have a 2020 SR5 purchased last month. Thanks

These entune systems have problems and issues dating back years. I had a lot of issues with the screen freezing on my Tacoma. I have a 2020 and occasionally it'll freeze on phone calls using apple play. It's not doing it enough to me to take it to a dealer. And i havent been able to isolate what's causing the issue.

I would suggest if you keep having the issue, wait until the virus thing calms down and people are cleared to start going places again, then head to the dealer.

Side note, do you have full loud sound coming from the rear speakers? When i adjust the sound to come 100% from the rear speakers, it's very quiet compared to the front. Wasn't sure if anyone else with a 2020 noticed that as well

I have no sound from the speakers, the radio does not seem to be freezing. I will definitely be waiting before going to the dealer I will grab a Bluetooth speaker and throw in the truck for now.
