No Power On dimmer?

I have the J144 harness (smaller) on a 2010 sr5. Everything says pin 10 isnt used but that's where my aftermarket dimmer (orange) wire is. I confirmed that no power comes through when headlights are on.

Any ideas where to tie this dimmer wire in for Kenwood 8709S?
