I ordered a new 1794 in Smoked Mesquite on 6/24 and have no information from the local CT. dealer. They said Toyota acknowledged the order and hopefully will provide a build date by year end. Does this sound feasible.

If you watch the news, the average wait time for a new vehicle order is 6-8 months. So yes, seems feasible. Many have looked for their Tundras in other states/locations to get one of the trucks quicker.

On the positive side, you may end up with a 2023 and some of the first year issues improved or fixed.

    Good luck!

Thanks for providing some hope. My wife and I are getting ready to retire at the end of the year and the truck is the first step and then an RV. I hope it's worth the wait. The last truck I had was a 1980 F-150 super cab.

Same here, retiring soon, RV on order, still waiting on CT dealer allocation. Got one call but the truck wasn’t a Platinum that I requested. Hoping for the end of the year.
