I had no real measurements either when I completely redid the front end on mine, but I just kinda eye-balled it close to straight, and vertical. Torqued everything down to spec before I took off.

I eye-balled my camber, and my toe. Scheduled an alignment with a shop 50 miles away, and drove it there. Did okay, and I didn't worry about tire wear over 50 miles.

The shop realigned everything I had misaligned.

I remember my outer tie rods were 19 turns on the passenger side when I did them. Same truck 2006, it got me close enough to go get alignment the next day.

It will be different for just about any truck. Mine was around 14 turns for one side and 17 for the other.

Get some cardboard, or some plastic trays like the ones at fast food places. Put the cardboard or trays under your front tires. Get a measuring tape and with the steering wheel straight, measure how much distance there is from inside edge to inside edge on front tires (passenger to driver) as close to halfway up the tire as possible. A stock tire is around 30" tall, so maybe make a mark 15" up the tire. Measure the same on the back side of the tire.

Now you'll have a base measurement. You can spin the inside tie rods to pull the back side of the tires in or push them out. Try to get the distance even so that they are parallel. Then you can drive to an alignment shop for fine tuning.
