My 2015 crewmax has dual a/c. When I turn on the heat I get either cold air or Luke warm air in the driver side and rear but normal heat on the two passenger vents. I can see the gears turning in the servo assembly when switching modes. Any ideas?

I had a snapped floor blend door shaft in mine that didn't allow for controlling any temperature towards feet. Sucked

Would I have to remove the servo assembly to get to that?
