Horn, Stereo buttons and cruise control does not work.

    2006 tundra

is the clock spring responsible for all these or just the horn?

Yeah I had a new rack and pinion put in and the mechanic said he may have heated the wire harness behind it a little and thought he may have melted wires and when I left nothing on the steering wheel worked, but when I went to another mechanic he said that harness had nothing to do with the steering wheel controls and that he thought it was a coincidence and all wires looked fine.
My airbag light went on at the same time as everything stopped working as well.

That sounds like a clock spring to me. It's not hard to do if you have a crows foot and a t25 bit.

Sounds like the mechanic let the wheel spin and damaged the clock spring during the replacement of the rack.
