Newb Interior Light Question

    Hey Y'all. I just swapped from a 2011 Silverado to a 2016 Tundra a few days ago, and just drove her for the first time at night and noticed my interior or cargo lights don't come on when the door is open.

    I read other threads and was able to locate both the cargo and interior light switches and made sure they were set to the middle (i.e. not on and not off), but neither come on when any of the doors are open. Both do come on when the switches are flipped to ON for what it's worth.

    Saw other threads talking about the head unit settings, but that was grayed out for me in the Apps. Settings.

    Any advice?

    If the truck is moving they will be grayed out. The switches should be set to “door”. You can toggle the settings on the head unit under “customize”
