Hello, I’m new to the forum, however I’ve lurked for a while on various forums previously. I have a day job, but enjoy fabricating and customizing in my off time.

I’ve done a lot of work to my Tundra, lots of trial and error and would like to help others with the things I have learned work, and don’t.

My pet peeve is reading a thread all the way through with no resolution. So I hope to be able to answer a few questions that are left unanswered.

I’m not big on posting a lot of personal information on the internet, but I have attached a picture of my truck.

    Modifications include:
    SDHQ Fenders
    SDHQ Bedsides
    Dirt King Gusseted Spindles
    Icon RXT Spring Under Axle
    Fabricated Bumpers
    Boxed and Cross-Braced Frame
    Extended Hanger Mounts
    Nitro 4.88 Gears
    Pedal Commander
Center Console Swap w/ Working Rear A/C

Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks!

Would love to see more pics. Especially of how you boxed the frame. Did you DIY?

    And welcome to the forum!

The back-half was done by a shop in Cave Creek, AZ. I have since gone through and done a few other modifications, but don’t have any current photographs.

The truck was previously set up with a chase bed, which I will be posting for sale in the classified when I’m eligible.

I’ve got a slow connection for whatever reason, but photos have been attached.

I’d love to do the bolt on LSK kit up front eventually, but it’s pretty pricey.

Woah! Looks like they cut the original frame off over the axle. Still see some C channel in front of it. Interesting! Thanks for the pic.

Yes they did, I’ve thought about going in there and boxing in the remainder of the frame, but at this point it’s sufficient for my needs. I don’t plan on jumping it or doing anything too crazy. I just want a capable, good looking truck.
