Hi everyone! Just recently purchased my very first Tundra. 2022 limited. Loving it for so far. Anything I should know about Tundras? Always been a GM truck owner.

Looks like someone got rid of the stock tires already, that's a plus

Have only had the truck a couple days but my initial thoughts:

    - very surprised with the power given its a V6. Knew it was twin turboed but was pleasantly surprised.
    - happy that toyota recommends 87 octane fuel even with the turbos. Nice job by them.
    - not a fan of the bed extender. That will be removed lol
    - any reason why the remote start shuts off after unlocking the vehicle? bit of a pet peeve
    - first vehicle I've owned with lane departure safety features. Hate it lol. Is there anyway to disable that?

Not sure about your 3rd gen, but previous generations will shut off when a door is opened. Some explain this as a safety feature. I think that is ridiculous and that Toyota should have just made it so if you have the fob, the truck won't shut off. AFAIK ou can only avoid this with an aftermarket remote start.

Yes, you can shut off lane departure.
