I've always loved the reliability of a Toyota, but as a big guy 6'4" 225lbs I was never comfortable in most Toyotas. Recently was in a buddies 3rd gen Tundra and loved that it actually felt comfortable. Cue me buying a 2024 capstone, and Toyota Recalling the 2022, and 2023's with in a week due to machining debris not being cleaned well and it causing a number of issues (often spun mains). So I found this forum.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Hopefully your truck was built after Toyota cleaned up the mess on their assembly line.

Welcome from SE Texas! I was just reading about that recall, actually stopped my neighbor from buying a used 2022 (he drove my old 2014 last week and instantly stopped being a chevy guy:rofl:) There's several threads on the recalls on the 3rd gen forum, I haven't gotten a chance to read all of them but I'm sure you'll be able to see if the debris and metal shavings have been found in any of the 24's
