    Welcome. That is a KARR alarm. They are cheap POS alarms that dealers get for $30, slap on every car on the lot and then try to sell to you for $6-800 when you are finalizing the paperwork.

    Besides being useless, they are usually tapped into the wires of a vehicle using those horrible scotch lock connectors damaging the thin wires, not to mention drilling 2 holes in the dash of your new vehicle to mount that button. Carefully remove every part of it and inspect the wires for damage.

Unfortunate, the last person who used it (not knowing this) must have been a real tool.
