I’m a newbie to the Tundra world, and just purchased my first. It’s a “new to me” 2010 Sr5 Crewcab Max w/ 189K miles. The previous/only owner took meticulous care, and recently installed a Katskin leather interior. I have owned a number of Pickup/Tacomas over the years, and this is my first 8 cylinder engine/full sized truck.

I’m stoked to own a Tundra, and wanted to join here to learn/from you all, and see what others have done/are doing with their Tundras.

So hello all! I’ll post some pics. I’d welcome any recommendations/thoughts on my new truck.

    ✌️

Nice truck, looks like previous owner updated the speakers too. I need to do that as well, can barely hear the back speakers, let alone the sub?! Welcome, you also got the classic color !

Yes, the stereo was updated to an Alpine media player.
I’m copy/pasting the description of the original for sale listing. It seems like the original owner did some work on some things that are potential issues(?)
I’m just so stoked to have joined the ranks of Tundra level. I’ve owned a ‘80 Pickup, ‘94 2.4 Tacoma (standard, single cab), ‘04 2.7 4x4 Tacoma (standard, single cab), and most recent and current ‘96 2.4 Tacoma (standard, single cab).
I’ve always dreamt/planned on owning a Tundra. This deal was too good to pass on, and I feel super fortunate to have come across such a well kept truck.

Thank you all. I picked up my Tundra over the weekend and I am so impressed in all ways. Drove from Orange County up to the Bay Area and…WOW. What a machine! I rallied up Hwy 5 and this thing is like a missile. I was chasing down anything that blew past me. It’s weight provides a stability I’ve never experienced. Im getting used to how much of the lane it fills up, but I have no complaints. I’m so impressed with how well rides, and it’s road presence. I can’t say enough good things about my first real drive in my Tundra.
