    I am currently expecting my 2nd son. My gmc sierra ext cab is goingnto be extra cramped come october with 2 small dogs, 2 car seats, me and the wife so ive been looking into full size crew cab trucks. Naturally i am drawn to gm products. I really love the 2020 sierra and silverados but they are a dime a dozen here in missouri. Not many tundras can be found on the road here. I also only see stock or really nice tundras when i do see them. No lifted with huge offset wheels like all the domestic truck . Im in the market for a used 3rd gen crew max . I also like how everyone on here is anti chrome. I dont like a ton of chrome either. Long story shor . Hello from Missouri - gm convert

    I have an extended cab sierra and with a crew max i get about a foot more room. The double cab tundra and extended cab tundra are very similar in size and therefore not worth me spending extra mone . My son is 2 and kicks my wifes seat constantly in my truck and the new baby's rear facing will force one of our seats too far forward. Then on top of that we travel with our 2 dogs most weekends. I really like my sierra . Just need more room

    I got ya. That's alot going on lol jk. But something else to think about when you go for the crew max is of you guys ever need to reach something the kids have dropped toys ext there is no way to do so while stoped at a stop light they will be far away from you. Not trying to tell you kot to go for it but with a family myself I have had those situations where I'm like crap I would be able to even reach back and give my son something he wanted in a crew max without literally throwing it at him lol but dont get me wrong I would love to own a crew max as well.

    I am not saying we couldnt make my extended cab or a double cab work, but right now seems like a great time to upgrade to a newer truck than my 2010 and also gain more rear leg room while still keeping 4x4 and a bed. Plus toyota's reliabilty speaks for itself
