As I am putting together my sub build, I am wanting a box that fits behind the rear seat, and allows the install of an amp rack on the rear wall. This is a new design set made of some sort of plastic with internals to help strengthen the box. It will be released for non hybrid as well. It provides the proper airspace and 5” mounting depth. Anyone ever use a composite style box?

TT's website sure doesn't say much about it, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.
Almost looks blow-molded. Wall section looks thin. Would need bracing added after molding.
$100?? The low price alone scares me.
    Need more info.

Its $599. I like the idea of a custom molded box, but just don't know enough about the material, I always had boxes made from mdf. I could put a nice box in the storage area, but then i lose good space and the box is sealed, this time I want ported.

If you're seeing $599, you have a different web page than the one I'm looking at.
    Link?

1.65cu ft would work with my Hertz subs. I've gotta talk to Robert about this box. Hope it fits non-hybrids.

    $450 shipped with current code

I am trying to confirm that they will be available for the non-hybrid and plan to order one with the code. It’s time to start building the system for a Spring install.

Well I received the box, not sure it will fit. They did not get to test fitment in a non hybrid and we agreed on letting me try it out. Finish on the box could be better, but it could be painted and would look awesome.IMG_8074.jpg
